PARODONTITE E TRATTAMENTO LASER<\/h3>\n

Il termine “laser<\/a>” \u00e8 un acronimo inglese di Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation (“amplificazione di luce attraverso emissione stimolata di radiazione\u201d)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Il laser \u00e8 la tecnologia che meglio rappresenta il nostro secolo.<\/b><\/p>\n

Come ben sapete lettori CD, DVD, Blu-ray, gli scanner delle casse dei supermercati, funzionano grazie a questa tecnologia.<\/p>\n

Il laser emette luce altamente concentrata e canalizzata in un raggio rettilineo che \u00e8 possibile dirigere attraverso il manipolo dello strumento.<\/p>\n

Attualmente in campo medico la tecnologia laser si utilizza: in Oculistica (si pensi al trattamento delle patologie a carico ella retina), in chirurgia, dermatologia, in Odontoiatria.<\/p>\n

I laser in Odontoiatria si differenziano per il tipo di lunghezza d\u2019onda emessa.<\/p>\n

Sulla base di tale distinzione, abbiamo laser capaci di intervenire nei tessuti come l\u2019osso e lo smalto (tessuti duri) ed altri laser, invece, specifici per i tessuti molli.<\/p>\n

Attualmente il tipo di laser pi\u00f9 diffuso per la cura della parodontite \u00e8 al Neodimio YAG (Nd:YAG).<\/p>\n

Il laser a Diodi \u00e8 un’ altro tipo di laser molto diffuso: questo pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato anche in altri campi della odontoiatria, come ad esempio chirurgia orale, endodonzia, etc.<\/p>\n

In passato, il trattamento delle forme pi\u00f9 gravi di parodontite, prima dell\u2019avvento del laser, era quasi esclusivamente chirurgico, trattamento decisamente cruento e invasivo con decorsi postoperatori molto pesanti.<\/p>\n

Con il laser abbiamo un valido ausilio nel trattamento della terapia parodontale<\/p>\n

<\/a>PIORREA E TRATTAMENTO LASER<\/h3>\n

Attualmente questo trattamento<\/span> presenta una serie di vantaggi che sono stati comprovati e documentati.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nel nostro studio a Capoterra (CAGLIARI) applichiamo protocolli odontoiatrici standardizzati.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In generale i principali vantaggi nell\u2019utilizzo del laser\u00a0 nel trattamento della piorrea sono:<\/p>\n

  • Assenza di sanguinamento gengivale;<\/li>\n
  • Rigenerazione dei tessuti del parodonto (osso alveolare e legamento parodontale);<\/li>\n
  • La rapida chiusura spontanea delle tasche gengivali;<\/li>\n
  • Riduzione della mobilit\u00e0 dentale;<\/li>\n
  • Nella maggior parte dei casi non necessita di anestesia locale;<\/li>\n
  • Eliminazione dei tessuti necrotici senza danneggiare le gengive.<\/li>\n
